We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Mentor/Tutor/Crisis Stabilizer

Job Description:

Running Rebels Community Organization is seeking qualified, dedicated individuals to work with at-risk youth. We are currently recruiting mentors, tutors and experienced crisis stabilizers. Training is provided.

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Position Type: Part-time
Compensation: Starts at $10-$18/hour (mentors)
Type of Employment: Direct Hire
Qualifications:

21 years of age

Minimum one year of experience working with youth
Valid Driver's License
Working automobile and current automobile insurance


Intensive Monitor

Deadline to Apply: Until filled
Job Description:

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
*Monitoring attendance/academic performance of assigned youth at school on a regular basis by meeting with school officials and teachers
*Engaging youth in organizational activities and events
*Attending all court hearings with the youth and prepare court reports for judges, DA's, public defenders and probation officers prior to each court hearing
*Maintaining regular communication with the youth's probation officers and report progress of youth weekly
*Monitoring of youth's behavior at home and in the community
*Making sure youth are introduced to a variety of positive activities that will assist them with keeping out of trouble
*Monitoring of youth's terms of probation and make sure all conditions are being met
*Complete a curfew check for each youth on your case load every night
*Be on call 24/7 for each youth on your case load in the case of an emergency

Position Type: Full-time
Compensation: DOE; This position is salaried and year-round
Type of Employment: Direct Hire
