Soul Vibrations
Finesse Jazz Lounge & Neo Soul Elegance, 2722 N. MLK Dr.
*Soul Vibrations is a mixture of live music by local neo-soul, jazz, and spoken word artists. Core DJ Craig McNeal will be the disc jockey for the night. This is happening every Wednesday from 5/14-6/18/08 to benefit the Running Rebels. Age requirement is 21 years and older and the entrance cost is $10. This event is hosted by Mind Over Matter.

Urban Ecology Center, 1500 E. Park Pl.
*The Urban Ecology Center puts on this race every year for high-school aged, co-ed teams. The teams engage in wall climbing, biking, canoeing, hiking, and puzzle-solving. Come cheer on our 2 Running Rebels teams!!

Locust Street Festival of Music & Art
In Riverwest, on E. Locust St. between Humboldt & Holton Streets
*Music and dancing in the street will be non-stop with over 20 bands on five outdoor stages. Featuring 5 live music venues and a variety of food, artists and vendors with up to 20,000 people! Come visit the Running Rebels as we will have a booth there all day!

Pre-Father's Day Celebration
Humboldt Park, 3000 S. Howell
*This event is a community-families event designed to foster better cohesiveness, and respect for those who live in and serve the community which embeds us all. Hosted by the Milwaukee Fatherhood Collaborative, the theme is "That's My Dad". This event includes free food, games for youth, and social service vendors.

Juneteenth Day Festival
King Drive between Burleigh & Center Streets
*Milwaukee's Juneteenth Day celebration marks the date that the slaves were finally freed in 1865. The street festival has fun games, exhibits, food, music, a parade and much more. Catch the parade that kicks the event off. Live entertainment features local African Dance groups and a variety of musical groups. Awesome soul food and other festival favorites are available all day long. Come visit the Running Rebels as we will have a booth there all day!

*A summer campaign designed to bring awareness to the community through free neighborhood block parties and rallies. Events include free food, positve entertainment, job fair, and community resoruces information. Come visit the Running Rebels as Rebel Life Entertainment will perform!

*Jokes & More is a comedy show featuring Milwaukee's hottest comics and hosts that are guaranteed to entertain and make you laugh. Come share in the fun! Adults only. Proceeds benefit Running Rebels youth programs. Tickets can be purchased at Running Rebels now!

2nd & Wisconsin to Veterans Park
*Join the Running Rebels as we race in this event, or come bring your Running Rebels signs and cheer us on! This 3.1 mile walk/run starts at 8:00am with a warm-up on 2nd & Wisconsin.

*Running Rebels associates and youth will be staffing a table to sell coupon booklets. A $5 donation gets you a coupon booklet with an instant $10 coupon and eight 20% off coupons. 100% of the coupon booklet sales sold directly by us come to RRCO. You can also pick one up at RRCO any day before the event.
